Resistance - watercolors on paper

Hello everyone, dear Hivers friends, and welcome back to my blog. Today I am sharing a typical glimpse of a historic center that we can find in Italy. I imagined and depicted a small architectural glimpse aged by time but in which natural elements persist and resist. Plants and vines are almost immortal and resist the passage of time, like the ancient habit of hanging clothes out to dry in the sun. This is a custom that we find all over the world, and I have highlighted it with the colors of the Italian flag. Resistance, like the cat's habit of always finding strange and dangerous places, which I have painted below, blissfully enjoying the sun.

Resistenza - acquarelli su carta

Ciao a tutti cari amici Hivers e bentornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido uno scorcio tipico di un centro storico che possiamo trovare in Italia. Ho immaginato e rappresentato un piccolo scorcio architettonico invecchiato dal tempo ma nel quale persistono e resistono gli elementi naturali. Piante e rampicanti sono quasi immortali e resistono al trascorrere del tempo come le abitudini antiche di stendere i panni al sole ad asciugare. Una consuetudine che troviamo in ogni parte del mondo e che io ho messo in evidenza con i colori della bandiera italiana. Resistenza, come l'abitudine del gatto di trovarsi sempre posti strani e pericolosi e che ho dipinto al di sotto godendosi il sole beatamente.
