Why Are We Always Tired?
One big reason that drains the life out of us is change. Most things in our life, we can control and keep constant, except change. We all experience change and we have to actively deal with this change. The world is never constant. Everything is subject to change; some change can be minimal like getting a new bed cover. Other changes can be huge, like the repeal of Net Neutrality.
Humans are petrified of change. We cling to the same thing as we see familiar things as safe and try and defeat this beast that we call change. However, change is inevitable; we cannot beat it. Trying to battle change tires us out more than learning to accept it.
I do not understand why we try and stop change so much. No one wants to die young, yet no one wants to grow old. We want to stay in this imaginary bubble of consistency. We need to pop this imaginary bubble and be more open-minded about change as it is tiring to battle.
Let's think about it from a different viewpoint. Would you try and fight the natural flow of life? Many would say, "Of course not!" but battling change is doing exactly that. I don't get why you would want to live the same, dull day every day, wouldn't you want to change? Some people burn a lot of energy just to stop change. The real reason why we are tired is due to the fact that we are fighting the inevitable.
To be honest, change is omnipresent. It is everywhere. We cannot outrun it. We should accept change and revolutionise the world of tomorrow. If we try and stay the same, we won't just be tried, but we'll be bored by living in this dull world. Be audacious and change. Change will bring out a better you that you never knew existed.
