RE: Report from a Covid19 testing Lab - #1
Is wearing double gloves a normal thing? I'm only thinking about the times when people warned we shouldn't wear two condoms, as it didn't increase but decreased the safety. Hopefully you don't need any

It's a talent to find right angles for the photos. Some might find them by luck, some find them with intent :) We are doing good, some warmth and sunshine to brighten up our days. We've been mostly home

RE: Photography Trip To See How Steem Is Doing
I've been going through Steem posts and it seems most of the best posts are also posted on Hive. But lucky for us, Hive community seems to have started quite well so hopefully you're finding posts to curate

Curie has given much to me already on Steem, now also on Hive. I will delegate some of my HP to Curie to give support to you. I wish I could delegate more, but I'm hoping others will join too.

RE: No yeast in the store? Create your own sourdough bread! I just did!
Haha, well I'm not an expert but I've been doing this for a while. But I'm glad if I can give any good tips :) For a short process with back-uping the sourdough starter, you can check my old post in here.

That looks good! Remember to feed your sourdough starter and at a later stage, dry a little bit of the starter to get a "back-up copy". A new sourdough starter will take usually 2-3 months to

Hello again and welcome on Hive! If you're a good writer, I'll might end up actually reading your posts. If you're in South Africa and if you happen to have any interest (or talent) in photography, it

I'm a bit jealous, you're getting really nice frost photos. Whenever I try, I'm just ending up disappointed on my attempts. Your photos look real good!

RE: First Post! Hi Hive Community! {Darkness: In 60 Minutes}
Welcome on Hive, even though this is not a typical introduction post (those aren't mandatory, don't worry) this can give a good impression on you. I think you might suit well on Hive and if you find this

I was surprised when I heard that drying is better for the sourdough. It doesn't recover as well after freezing, compared to recovering from dried sourdough.

RE: The Easy But Slow Sourdough Buns
This is an easy recipe, the good thing with sourdough is that the long rising/resting times allows it to form a strong gluten web without having a lot of kneading.

The dough video was fun to watch :) This is one way to see differences in cooking, as I have never even seen a pressure cooker, even though I know they exist.. now as I checked some of your videos, it
