  • And with all that knowledge, you do not know why you're depressed?

What do you mean?

  • ...

You know, pride is a little voice that whispers in our ear "You do not need to change, others need to change. " And that's how we all see it, change is bad, if the system changes is bad, if a currency's value changes it is bad, if a politician changes his mind, it's bad, because to change you have to be imperfect, and we believe ourselves to be perfect, and things must be kept still so as not to be imperfect. They have us all as trained pigs and there are no bipeds here. Including me.

  • And you tell me you do not know why you're depressed?

Because I'm surrounded by idiots and I'm just another (?)

  • You are depressed because of your generalizations. The system can change for the worse, just like the currency. And the politician definitely changes for the worse. Its normal to fear change.

The politician definitely changes for the worse? I do not mean politicians, I meanthe politician, a person who is responsible for selflessly lending to citizens. And it is necessary that he does it, because following the appropriate means to reach the agreed goal depends on him. And in this case I am considering the politician in the most human sense possible: defective and slippery. So it is normal for a politician to change his mind. I dont mean that he deserves celebration, but perhaps some respect. The politicians we know do not change their minds, they just constantly contradict themselves, and the difference is essential. Recognizing your mistakes is no longer valued in politics, and very rarely in general media. Wishing the system to change is not anti system. Wishing the system to remain the same, thats anti system.

  • I enjoy the talks, but you keep evading the subject. Is it distraction what you are attempting?

I understand that depression sounds alarming, but honestly I do not think you should worry about that, and I say this knowing that it is probably the same thing a patient says before committing suicide. Depression helps me to remember that I should not take everything so seriously: my training, my aspirations, expectations and hopes; fears, prejudices and demotivations. And that makes me sad, because they are all I have.

  • What I last heard from a suicidal patient was "delete my record"

I hope you have fulfilled his last will. What did you find?

  • Pictures of naked children

Damn. Have you ever heard of Ockham's razor? I just felt its edge on the bottom of my feet.

  • I do not think the case applies. I summarized that the man was dead, he could not repair what he did. Whatever he had been or whatever he had people think of him does not matter anymore.

I think I'll stay here in the middle for a while longer.
