If you would like your stake to count as much as those that have enough stake to give a 4.80htu vote, it's time to speak up.
The farther your vote is from giving out that much in one vote the more this exponential curve punishes you.
This rule punishes the vast majority of 'the community', however, it benefits the very stakeholders that are needed to get this rule changed.
If your posts don't earn ~4.80htu on them, you, and your voters, are punished by this same arbitrary blockchain rule.
