I created an account file to track calories burned in the eight daily rules, which are as follows:
First rule/ Drinking water before meals
Second rule/ Shower minutes
Third rule/ Meal consumption minutes
Fourth rule/ Minutes of exercise after meals
Fifth rule/ Drinking cold water after exercise
Sixth rule/ Minutes of waste elimination
Seventh rule/ Minutes of wakefulness
Eighth rule/ Sleep minutes
Then, when I used the automatic calculation spreadsheet to extract the number of calories burned, I couldn't believe that we could lose weight easily by adhering to and consistently following these eight daily rules
The problem of not burning a high number of calories is that we partially adhere to these eight rules in our day, while we are supposed to adhere to them for all hours of the entire day
