Brickway Brewery's Wild Olivia Sour Ale!
Beer Review
Brickway’s Wild Olivia Sour Ale is a 7.5% ABV light aromatic drinker. It has a really nice, acidic, sour citrus quality to it. I am not the biggest fan of sours, but this one was quite tasty! The Brickway brewers spent 2 years aging this sour in whiskey barrels and you can definitely tell!

The Bottle
The bottle features “Wild Olivia” on each side of the label. Again, this is more, great artwork done by tattoo artist Dave Koenig who is located just down the street in Omaha’s old market. Take a look at the website to see more of his work. If you like the artwork, please follow because I will be displaying more of his artwork on each can/bottle!
The Brewery
The owner, Zac, went to brewery and distillery school in Scotland prior to opening in Omaha. Also, Brickway is the first brewery/distillery in the state of Nebraska since prior to prohibition! Their beer is sold in neighboring states but the demand is quickly growing! Here in Omaha, a pint runs you $8.99. Look for this in your local stores or stop by and visit! You will not be disappointed!
