Departure day
It's so gross, as I type this I'm almost two days back. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
But I don't even have an hour left, so I'll start here. Where was I? We had our last day before another change of location. This time it would take us two days to get to a new place. So it was a day of organizing, packing and travelling.
I hadn't neglected my hot lemon. Nor did I neglect my nutritional supplements. And I did take a magnesium in the evening after we had spent a few hours in an outdoor pool on the way. The day was too exhausting for notes. And that's why I think that's it here. I hope I'll manage to write the report for the next day now.

Abreisetag
Ach wie krass, als ich das hier tippe, bin ich fast zwei Tage zurück. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Mir bleibt nun jedoch nichtmal mehr eine Stunde, und darum fange ich jetzt mal hier an. Wo war ich? Wir hatten unseren letzten Tag vor erneutem Ortswechsel. Diesmal würden wir zwei Tage brauchen, um an neuem Ort anzukommen. Darum war es ein Tag des Organisierens, Packens und Reisens.
Meine heiße Zitrone hatte ich dabei nicht vernachlässigt. Meine NEMs auch nicht. Und ein Magnesium nahm ich immerhin ab Abend, nachdem wir unterwegs noch ein paar Stunden in einem Freibad verbrachten. Der Tag war zu anstrengend für Notizen. Und darum soll es das nun hier auch gewesen sein. Ich hoffe ich schaffe es gleich noch, den Report für den nächsten Tag zu schreiben.
