Hot day, cool evening
It was not possible to finish writing this report on the day in question, let alone start it. If you don't read here regularly, then perhaps first read Movement without a counter?
So I'm still a day behind. At least it's an hour earlier the next day compared to the day before. In any case, high time again for a few notes.
At the end of the day, it was time to call it a day, as we were all exhausted from the trip. And I immediately followed the impulse to go to sleep, just as I had finished publishing the report from the previous day.
For the day described here, I also had all the supplements and oil pulling well and spontaneously arranged. We were on our journey and woke up at a stopover on our trip. The day was just as exhausting as the day before, except that this time we didn't manage to take a break in the swimming pool. At least we were able to jump into the cold water at our destination and cool off, and then ended the day together with friends at a barbecue.

Heißer Tag, kühler Abend
Diesen Report am betreffenden Tag bereits fertig zu schreiben, geschweige denn zu beginnen, hat nicht geklappt. Liest Du hier nicht regelmäßig, dann lies vielleicht erstmal Bewegung ohne Zähler?
Ich bin nun also weiterhin einen Tag zurück. Immerhin ist es grad eine Stunde früher am nächsten Tag, im vergleich zum Vortag. In jedem Falle wieder höchste Zeit, für ein paar Notizen.
Am Ende des Tages war nun schlagartig Schluss, da wir, da alle erschöpft waren von der Reise. Und auch ich bin direkt dem Impuls gefolgt mich mit Schlafen zu legen, gerade als ich den Report vom Vortag fertig veröffenticht hatte.
Auch für den hier beschriebenen Tag hatte ich alle NEMs und Ölziehen gut und spontan untergebracht. Wir waren auf unserer Reise und erwachten bei einen Zwischenstopp unserer Reise. Der Tag war ähnilch anstrengend, wie der Tag zuvor, nur dass uns diesmal keine Pause im Schwimmbad gelang. Immerhin konnten wir am Ziel noch ins kalte Nass springen, und abkühlen, und beendeten den Tag dann mit Freunden gemeinam am Grill.
