Sweet potatoes are easily found in Asia, especially Indonesia. So I love to explore new recipes with ingredients sweet potatoes.
This time I served a rural meal that I added creativity with coconut cream and garnish using chocolate coconut flakes.
For the base ingredient, I use Baked Sweet potatoes.
