Y ustedes dir谩n 驴y eso porque? Bueno yo soy mam谩 de dos ni帽os hermosos que demandan mucha atenci贸n, el colegio, las tareas diarias en el hogar y tambi茅n mi trabajo en la universidad, que a pesar de ser solo administrativo actualmente y que organic茅 mis horarios para atenderlos de la mejor matera. Mi esposo trabaja fuera de la ciudad y viene 2 veces al mes y la verdad es que cuando est谩 en Cuman谩 me siento muy aliviada pues el me ayuda y libera un poco mi carga.
Mi mam谩 hace un a帽o se cay贸 y se fractur贸 la cadera, a Dios gracias camina en la actualidad pero con muchas limitaciones. Por lo tanto no puede salir sola a la calle Por lo tanto me encargo de las cosas de su casa (pago de servicio, comprar comidas), cada 15 d铆as me la traigo a mi casa para que est茅 m谩s c贸moda y la vigilo de cerca para que no haga tanto desarreglo y repose su pierna lo m谩s que pueda.
Bueno regreso a mi malestar me tome varios antigripales a lo largo de estas 3 semanas, pero no he guardado el reposo que recomiendan. Seg煤n yo imposible pero el domingo el malestar fue terrible y empez贸 a darme mucha fiebre, de verdad que me asust茅 mucho pues fueron 2 d铆as de fiebre alta. Mi compadre Fernando me llev贸 al m茅dico y me rega帽o por no haber ido antes 驴en que tiempo?, le dije yo. Me diagnosticaron una rinosinusitis y principios de bronquitis y me recetaron
antibi贸ticos, antial茅rgicos y vitaminas para fortalecer mi sistema inmunol贸gico, mucho descanso y abrigarme bien.
En medio de todo esto mi hijo mayor se preparaba para un campeonato de karate y me toc贸 llevarlo a los entrenamientos, la competencia fue hoy 28 de mayo. No pude acompa帽arlo pues aun estoy con tratamiento y el doctor fue muy estricto con lo del reposo y que evitara corrientes de aire fr铆o.
Lo acompa帽e a tomar el bus que lo llevar铆a a su competencia y les cuento que gan贸 medalla de plata en este campeonato. Estoy super orgullosa de su logro per muy triste por no haber podido esta con el en ese maravilloso momento por estar de reposo.
Esto me ense帽贸 a que debo prestar m谩s atenci贸n a los malestares que pueda presentar a futuro y no automedicarme Y as铆 poder vivir cada triunfo y fracaso de mis hijos.

Hello friends of catharsis. Today I come to drain my frustration. For the last three weeks I've been suffering from a cold and nasal congestion and the truth is that I haven't stopped much.
And you will say why is that? Well, I am a mother of two beautiful children who demand a lot of attention, school, daily chores at home and also my job at the university, which despite being only administrative at the moment and that I organized my schedule to take care of them in the best way possible. My husband works out of town and comes twice a month and the truth is that when he is in Cumana I feel very relieved because he helps me and relieves my burden a little.
A year ago my mother fell and fractured her hip, thank God she is walking now but with many limitations. Therefore, she cannot go out on her own, so I take care of things at home (pay for utilities, buy meals), every 15 days I bring her to my house so that she is more comfortable and I keep a close eye on her so that she does not make so much disarrangement and rest her leg as much as possible.
Well, back to my discomfort, I took several anti-flu medicines during these 3 weeks but I have not kept the rest that is recommended. According to me it was impossible but on Sunday the malaise was terrible and I started to have a high fever, I was really scared because it was 2 days of high fever. My friend Fernando took me to the doctor and scolded me for not having gone earlier, "in what time", I told him. I was diagnosed with rhinosinusitis and the beginnings of bronchitis and was prescribed antibiotics, allergy medicine and
antibiotics, allergy medicine and vitamins to strengthen my immune system, plenty of rest and to keep warm.
In the middle of all this my eldest son was preparing for a karate championship and I had to take him to training, the competition was today May 28. I could not accompany him because I am still undergoing treatment and the doctor was very strict about rest and avoiding cold drafts.
I accompanied him to take the bus that would take him to his competition and I tell you that he won a silver medal in this championship. I am very proud of his achievement but very sad that I could not be with him in that wonderful moment because he was on bed rest.
This taught me that I should pay more attention to the ailments that may occur in the future and not self-medicate and thus be able to live every triumph and failure of my children.
