How about my friends from this great community, today like every day I want to present you a delicious lunch to share with the family. Today my wife wanted her to take care of lunch for me, and since I like to cook I decided to prepare some delicious meatballs with spaghetti which was very delicious and in this post I will show you how to make our lunch, I hope you like it.
| 1/2 kilo of ground meat |
| Spaghetti desired quantity |
| Spices |
| Salt to taste |
| 2 tomatoes |
| 1 onion |
| 1/2 kilo de carne molida |
| Espaguetis cantidad deseada |
| Especias |
| Sal al gusto |
| 2 tomates |
| 1 cebolla |
In a bowl we add the meat together with the spices and the salt we mix very well and we begin to make the meatballs and we reserve them
After making the meatballs, we take them to the frying pan with oil to seal them, and thus at the time of their final cooking they do not go to undo in the sauce.
While the meatballs are sealed we are preparing what will be the sauce for them, for this we chop the tomatoes and onion, we take it to the food processor until we obtain the sauce.
Already in this step, with the meatballs almost ready as well as the sauce, we take it to a pot over medium low heat until we get an almost thick sauce
While the meatballs are cooking, in another pot we begin to prepare the spaghetti, add them to the boiling water and let it cook for about 8 minutes, trying to make it al dente. When it is at that point we add it to the meatballs already ready so that the heat of the sauce finishes cooking the spaghetti
Well my friends we reached the final step which is the best of all 😁 serve and taste this delicious dish.
