If there's something entertaining about photoshoot projects is that you never know when are they going to show up. This time, I received a phone call from someone here in Havana, but she wasn't the one getting married. Her brother was, but he still was about to arrive in Cuba... and his fiance also was about to arrive... in Havana! I was like, what?

Yes, they both still had to arrive to Havana first, and I was the photographer they chose for their special day!

But hey, everything went just fine. Alfredo came on time from Miami, Florida, and Leidy from Villa Clara, a Cuban province from the central area of the country. We all met that day, prepared everything and started working in the photoshoot as planned. I've got to tell you: this job is like going to heaven!

The first stop was for the signing procedure at an International Legal Consulting office, the place where people from other countries get married with Cubans. The photo above is right outside this place and it happened to be the one they chose to print in a larger size.

After this, we all went into a road trip througout the beautiful city of Havana, places they loved to be and remember. But, in the mean time, the red old car happened to be a sensation all the way. No matter people are used to see these cars, they loved to see them over and over again and still get excited about them. One of the funniest moments was when we passed a bunch of people doing a line to buy something in the middle of 23rd avenue, and they all waved hands on us with huge enthusiasm.

This part of the photoshoot was one of the most beautiful, in the front garden of the National Hotel of Cuba, one of the best hotels in Havana, a real classic with a large history to tell since it was first opened back in 1920.

No one dares to miss Malecón, the longest avenue in Havana along its north coast.

Old Havana, another mandatory stop.

It was a long day, but we all really enjoyed it.
