Hello friends! This occasion, which I consider to be quite special, we dedicate a day to spoiling the Mamis family, it is no secret to anyone that this day is considered very commercial and that mothers should be given special consideration every day of the year, but to be honest I do not know a single mother until now that she does not feel emotion when being honored this particular day.
Previous years, together with my father and my brothers we went crazy looking for balloons and flowers for this day, but the truth is that little by little we saw that her emotion was more sentimental, she is the sister of 5 more women, all married and Each one with her family, when my grandparents lived, it was customary to meet with them on all special dates, and even in the special ones, hehe. But since they are not there, my aunts and my mom are sometimes together and sometimes not, not to mention the ones that some are not about to live outside the country.
So, we agreed to invite two more aunts who are quite close (sisters of my mom), and dedicate the day, then since breakfast we started with the work:
For breakfast we prepared chickpea and spinach cakes, they were super rich and the preparation is super easy.
For lunch we prepare Hawaiian breasts, tostones and palmito salad with avocado. Everything really was delicious, and my mom super happy talking all day with her sisters ...
Take the photo before finishing serving because then we get complicated with the rest of the meal and some snacks. At dinner, we prepared tender corn atoll, it was the first time we did it but it was very delicious. Being in that hustle and bustle of serving and none of them getting up to help with the dishes and those things I did not have the opportunity to take more photos, but I tell them that my mom really was very happy she felt grateful to have her sisters also with She and that together will have a nice day.
