This morning I was harvesting some psyllium seed. Those long spears are loaded with psyllium seed.
The plant is plantain, Plantigo Major. Earlier this year I harvested and dried leaves. I will save that for another day.
Psyllium seed and husk are very good for the digestive system. Helps keep things moving.
