¿Why do we speak alone?
source
If you have ever worried about being alone on the street or in your home, I want to tell you that talking alone does not necessarily mean you are going crazy. A few days ago I read that two important universities (Universities of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania) in a work published in a journal called Quarterly Journal of Experimental Pyschology, on this subject, concluded that: this helps to improve the neurological health of people, since it helps us focus, that is, we concentrate better to perform any activity that we should perform, in the resolution of problems, in our work when we must retain any information and then communicate it to other people, among others. In this sense, we can say that this is a faculty to a certain point normal and that brings us long-term benefits.
However, this could exclude people suffering from mental illness.
