I have had one tech issue after another. We have one of the most commonly used punctuation marks no longer working on the keyboard and the YouTube seems to be fighting me at every turn to upload my videos of today's canning.
Okay, here is the rundown on today's canning. I finally got around to doing the Pecan Pie Filling in my Unofficial All-American Canning Cookbook. This went off without incident. It's really good and I can't wait to use it even if it's over biscuits or maybe croissants, yeah. That actually sounds really good. Then I did a Maple-Walnut Syrup which was a challenge.
