For some people, jalapenos are too spicy, but it’s one of our favorite hot peppers to cook with!

Jalapenos can be the perfect option for people looking to add a little spark to their dishes. They can range in heat but are not the fiery of chiles.

This Jedi jalapenos variety has been our favorite to grow. Heavy producer, strong resistance to disease and best of all - they produce large fruits. Perfect for making jalapenos poppers!

We decided to bake these poppers rather than fry them, making them a bit lighter than most.

They are stuffed with fresh herbs from our garden, cream cheese, and a little bit of cheddar cheese; served with our Louisiana remoulade sauce. They are incredibly delicious so of course, we had to share!

Happy home cooking!
