Peel apples from the peel and cut into large slices. Add them with sugar, mix and leave overnight. During this time they will let the juice. Drain it into a separate saucepan. Transfer the apples to another pan.
Put the saucepan on the fire and bring to a boil. Pour the boiling juice of the apples and leave until completely cooled - about 12 hours.
Again, drain the juice from the apples, bring it to a boil and fill it with fruit. Leave for another 12 hours. Repeat the filling of apples with boiling juice again and leave again for 12 hours.
Then put the pan with the jam on a moderate fire and bring to a boil. Slightly reduce the heat and cook for another 20 minutes.
