with a thundering voice!
Amongst ourselves
We bicker and fight.
We all seem oblivious
to our coming plight.
Fastened to our
financial chains,
we indulge, unaware,
in our imagined gains!
We don't seem to notice
the doom that we face.
Our souls getting lost,
as we pick up the pace.
United we've stood,
but now we're divided,
because talking heads
have always misguided.
