Con mucho cariño les traigo este maravilloso resumen de todo mi día de entrenamiento del día ayer mostrándoles nuestro potencial como y equipo de @SWC y atletas del estado Apure llevamos el Street Workout a otro nivel hubo mucha motivación en mi parque de entrenamiento a pesar que se nos daño la barra seguimos dando todo gracia al apoyo de mi compañero de entrenamiento le traje este tipo de motivación para que los nuevos ingresos espero que se motiven con los atletas de mi estado que son

@bertnez y mi persona vera una pequeña parte de los atleta de @SWC en Apure. Les traigo este post para que los nuevos ingreso de atletas se motiven y sigan adelante con el proyecto SWC Gracias #Hive hemos crecido como persona y como atletas y cada ves aprendiendo de nuestros errores y corrigiéndonos todo como familia y tienen que recordar que StreetWorkoutCommunity no es solo una comunidad sino que somos #Hive y somos una familia espero que les guste mis post y se motiven.

With much affection I bring you this wonderful summary of all my training day yesterday showing you our potential as and @SWC team and athletes of Apure state we took the Street Workout to another level there was a lot of motivation in my training park even though we damaged the bar we kept giving everything thanks to the support of my training partner I brought this kind of motivation for the new entrants I hope they are motivated with the athletes of my state that are
