This is my entry for Day 1989: 5 Minute Freewrite: Monday - Prompt: sightseeing tours
John smiles so proudly and so happily, seeing how his kids enjoying the sightseeing tour that they have planned for more than a year. This kind of thing is a privilege for his family because now they are struggling a little bit because of the pandemic and stuff.
John comes from a very hard background, where he has to work hard to help his father back then just to get something to eat. he would never imagine during his time to even going for a holiday in a far away place.
But that also encourages him to work even harder to at least give the best and also some experience for his kids. Experiencing something nice during their childhood, even tough it is not as luxurious as the other parent can offer for their kids.
