Deadman came back into the room to discuss the situation regarding Lou. After I left previously, Deadman checked into Lou's specific history within the data systems.

According to the official records he uncovered, BB-28 was originally flagged for disposal, a protocol meant for Lou long before Sam and Lou ever had their very first meeting.

Deadman explained to me that Lou did not actually originate from the BB-28 pod. His research indicated that they had another BB-28 pod entirely, meaning that another infant should have been Lou.

Deadman stated there was no reason to believe that the original BB-28 ever survived the initial procedures. Furthermore, the bridge baby I was carrying during the first installment was never registered anywhere in the main database, meaning she did not originate from Bridges at all.

Deadman earnestly wanted Sam to bring up Lou in peace, away from the constant conflict. He asked Sam how it felt to live as a family alongside Lou, wondering about their future together.

Before leaving, he provided some specific gifts for Sam to take back home. He handed over a assortment of boxes containing treatments to be administered as the child grew up, which were essential if Sam wanted Lou to live a long and healthy life.

The conversation then shifted to a deeply personal note as Deadman spoke about his own existence. He was created entirely within an artificial womb, and various transplants provided the vital organs he never naturally possessed.

Because of this unique origin, he lived in completion and believed for a long time that he possessed no beach of his own.

While the data was not enough to solve every single mystery, it provided enough evidence for Deadman to make an incredible personal discovery; he realized that he actually possessed a beach after all.

He wanted to believe he was not a mere machine, but a true person with a Ha, a Ka, and a beach to go with them. He offered a confession along with a heartfelt apology, telling Sam that he previously stated he did not have Dooms, which was not actually true.

He walked away toward the beach, entering his own space, and asked Sam to take care of himself before leaving me behind. It looked as though Deadman truly departed to his beach, even though the event displayed clearly on a big screen.

The entire environment changed dynamically, and Fragile appeared in the room as a Chiralgram. Sam asked her immediately if she knew about Deadman's situation. She replied that the news was new to her as well.

Sam mentioned that he was bound for home because he missed little Lou badly. Fragile asked him to get back safely, mentioning that she misses him as well.

Now, I knew I would need to get to the research lab terminal to progress further in the main mission. However, I decided to let Sam take some much-needed extra rest in the private room for the time being, while I take some rest myself.
