@brettmichaelcooper had a blast cooking with the super talented @claudettezepedawilkins. Adobo cured trout caesar with skin and smoked roe, mandarin and red padron kosho bbq carrots with pipian, lamb sweetbread picadillo with pasilla mixe, & fermented hatch chili butter.
