Ingredients
250 g flour
180 g sugar
5 Eggs
2 yogurts
5 tablespoons (soup) of oil
1 tablespoon (dessert) vanilla extract
1 teaspoon (tsp) baking powder
Butter for greasing
Flour for dusting
Method of Preparation
1- Heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour.
2- Pour into a bowl the oil, eggs, yogurt, sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add the yeast and then the flour gradually and beat well again.
3- Pour the dough into the form and bake for 40 minutes. Check the cooking, remove and unmold. Let cool and serve decorated to taste, for example with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
