As today we have been at home all day, my husband bought some coconuts to make a homemade coconut nougat and mitigate the heat, but it turned out that the coconuts had no water, only a very thick and hard mass.

We decided to change our plans, since we didn't have many options. Instead of preparing a fresh coconut cocada, we ended up preparing delicious coconut nougat.
