Taking time off your regular activities and spending time elsewhere new can more times be lovely, beautiful, entertaining, amazing, and fun, but not always perfect with fun activities and interesting fun. This post is to tell the whole city about a vacation I had with some new friends of mine some years back.
This vacation occurred during my high school days. It was fun, energetic, interesting and full of memories but some things sad ended it all. It was in the month of December, and us we all know and have witnessed, December comes with a lot of joy and celebration to honor Christmas.
As a class of energetic, lovely, beautiful young women and handsome young men, we organized and one week vacation to take a break from our homes and normal daily routine during our vacation breaks from school. For the vacation to be interesting as we wanted it to be, we decided to start the main events on a weekday and rap up the whole events during the weekend and return to our homes safely.
As at 12:00 we were all ready at our departure point. We finished packing our belongings and started our journey around 12:30pm. It was just three hours from our meeting point to the location. Everything about the journey was fun. The music in the bus combined with the heavy bass from the speakers made it more enjoyable. We arrived at our destination exactly 3:40pm. We quickly paid for our already booked rooms and moved in. I used the night for unpacking so we can begin the events and activities the following day.
The deday for the event was finally before us, asual we had some believers amongst us so we started that day with a prayer. The first event for the celebration was just indoor games between the ladies and the gentlemen. Every bit of that moment was fun. Ludo, oware, chessboard, playing cards was an awesome game to be a part of. That was the day I realized some ladies are better in games perceived to the male setting. We the guys managed to come victorious in the first day's games, but it was really a tough challenge and massive performance from our ladies
The second day was more active, a jomming compared to the first. It was a Tuesday and after breaking our fast. That day's activities were more outdoor and very active.
Our first appetizers game was table tennis and ampe as usual it was a big win to our ladies as we the guys performed poorly in the ampe but they did better in the table tennis.
The second game we had was a volleyball. They managed to beat us in the end. The ladies had more active people on their team. Most of the guys were book long individuals with a little knowledge and skill in sports. That day was a total defeat to the men. We ended the games around 4 pm. Had supper at 6 pm and the evening we told stories till we got tired and retired to bed one after the other.
On the third day as we had a little bit energetic activities the day before, we decided to keep this calm and just spent the whole day resting in our rooms and watching individual movies and engaging with our phones.
We decided to spend 7 days, but some of our parents had already started calling for us to return home. We then made a quick decision to spend the fourth and fifth days and return on Saturday morning.
The fourth day was massive. It was a basketball and football day. The ladies were 馃憤 but the men were better. That day was very fun for both parties. The joy and happiness on the field play that day was very great. For this one, I wouldn't bother disclosing the result. everyone can tell the winner. That day's night was concluded with a hot and romantic movie night.
During the last day of fun activities, we had an eating and a dancing competition during the day and we finally gloued everything with a karaoke and jams in the evening and night.
The vacation was really fun, but in some cases, things do change without expectations. We had a very rough and sad ending, after all. One of us was asthmatic and was triggered during the night of the jams. We had to rush him to the hospital for treatment as her inhaler was nowhere to be found in her staff. But aside from all that was really fun, even her herself confessed it was fun after all.
