Seeing the Joel NFT reminds me of a friend I used to work with at a hotel, because Joels stylehis facial features, glasses, hairstyle, and physiqueclosely resembles my friend, Wai Phyo Aung. He is an educated, cheerful person who radiates a joyful energy. It has been about eight years since we last met, though he frequently posts photos on Facebook. After the 2021 military coup in Myanmar, he joined the protests against the military and eventually ended up in the jungle. I pray that he stays safe and well.

Drawing Chibi For 33 Joel
First, I use Gemini to help generate the outlines for Joel. Then, I import the resulting outlines into IbisPaintX and draw on a new layer to refine themspecifically, checking the lines and connecting any that are disconnected.
Next, I add a new layer to apply the base colors. I choose lighter shades for the base color because it makes it easier for me to add shading later on. When applying shading, I use the Magic Wand tool to select specific areas; this helps protect unrelated areas from being colored accidentally. Finally, I add the background and card frame to complete the Chibi-style Joel illustration.
