Initially, this post was published by mistake when I accidentally clicked on the Publish button, and it was a complete duplicate of my previous post. This has happened before, and in such cases, I update this publication by adding music to the post. By the way, in my blog, you can always identify music posts by the symbol of a treble clef in the title. :)

The musical instrument played by this street musician is called the bouzouki. The bouzouki is very popular in Greece and Cyprus, however, this instrument and the songs performed on it were outlawed for a long time. Only in the 1960s, thanks to the Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, the revival of the bouzouki began. It was Mikis Theodorakis who wrote the world-famous melody named Sirtaki or Zorba's Dance, which became the most popular Greek dance in the world and one of the symbols of Greece. Mikis Theodorakis is now 95 years old.
