Melancolia

Hola amigos, espero que estén pasando un lindo fin de semana. Para mi esta semana fue sumamente agotadora, nisiquiera había tenido tiempo para hacer lo que mas me gusta que es dibujar, pero anoche pude quedarme dibujando ya que hoy era fin de semana y quería reflejar algo de nostalgia en este dibujo, por eso realice un retrato en blanco y negro que, al final decidí cambiar el color, colocándole una tonalidad verde muy ligera, se sintió bien dibujar después de tantos dias sin poder hacerlo, me encantaría poder hacerlo mas seguido pero ahora que comenzaron las clases mi agenda esta casi llena, espero que les guste.

For me this week was extremely exhausting, I had not even had time to do what I like the most which is drawing, but last night I could stay drawing since today was the weekend and I wanted to reflect some nostalgia in this drawing, so I made a black and white portrait that, at the end I decided to change the color, putting a very light green tone, it felt good to draw after so many days without being able to do it, I would love to do it more often but now that classes started my agenda is almost full, I hope you like it.

Hice un boceto rápido del rostro, quería pintarlo a color, pero al final decidí que blanco y negro sería una opción más bonita para este retrato, asi que empecé a colocar la escala de grises en el rostro, creando las luces y sombras, para poco a poco darle forma al rostro y finalmente mezclar todas estos grises y dejar un acabado en la piel suave.

I did a quick sketch of the face, I wanted to paint it in color, but in the end I decided that black and white would be a nicer option for this portrait, so I started to place the grayscale on the face, creating the lights and shadows, to gradually shape the face and finally blend all these grays and leave a smooth finish on the skin.

Para el cabello use un negro puro y termine de detallar el rostro, quería una textura rustica asi que comencé a aplicar pinceladas, para darle ese efecto de pintura, también quise añadir unas lágrimas negras y una capa donde agregue algunas iluminaciones para resaltar los ojos, la boca y nariz, después quise darle un tono diferente, tengo muy pocos dibujos en color verde, asi que me pareció una buena opción, pero no quise exagerar, asi que la tonalidad verde la puse muy suave, solo en los ojos si quise un verde mas fuerte.

For the hair I used a pure black and finished detailing the face, I wanted a rustic texture so I started to apply brush strokes, to give that painting effect, I also wanted to add some black tears and a layer where I added some lights to highlight the eyes, mouth and nose, then I wanted to give a different tone, I have very few drawings in green, so I thought it was a good option, but I did not want to overdo it, so I put the green tone very soft, only in the eyes if I wanted a stronger green.
