Bloody rain

Hola comunidad, feliz fin de semana para todos.

Hoy estuve pensando en hacer un dibujo que fuese mas o menos sencillo pero que tuviese algo diferente a lo usual, pensé en esta idea que tenia ganas de hacer desde hace mucho tiempo, una especie de lluvia con sangre cayendo en un paraguas, donde una chica lo sostiene con su mano, quería un escenario nocturno pero con una luz naranja que destacara de un lado, asi que me puse manos a la obra y realice este dibujo, espero que les guste.

Today I was thinking about making a drawing that was more or less simple but had something different than usual, I thought of this idea that I had wanted to do for a long time, a kind of rain with blood falling on an umbrella, where a girl he holds it with his hand, I wanted a night scene but with an orange light that would stand out from one side, so I got to work and made this drawing, I hope you like it.

Comencé mi boceto, realice una chica sosteniendo un paraguas y pinte la sangre cayendo sobre el paraguas, elegí la paleta de colores con tonos naranjas bastante llamativos y comencé a dar sombras y luces formando asi todo el rostro, en una nueva capa continue difuminando los colores para mezclarlos completamente, para su ropa había elegido originalmente un tono rosa, pero decidí cambiarlo a un tono gris, pinte su cabello con un marron oscuro.

I started my sketch, I made a girl holding an umbrella and I painted the blood falling on the umbrella, I chose the color palette with quite striking orange tones and I began to give shadows and lights thus forming the entire face, in a new layer I continued blurring the colors To blend them completely, for her clothes I had originally chosen a pink tone, but I decided to change it to a gray tone, I painted her hair with a dark brown.

Había pintado sus labios de un color natural muy bonito pero decidí probar con un labial negro y me gusto muchísimo, continue pintando el paraguas con un gris oscuro, luego aplique algunas sombras y luces para darle forma al paraguas, pinte algunos reflejos de luz en su cabello y asi darle mas naturalidad y movimiento, fui agregando los pliegues de la ropa, coloque un fondo y comencé a pintar la sangre con un tono rojo.

I had painted her lips in a very beautiful natural color but I decided to try a black lipstick and I really liked it, I continued painting the umbrella with a dark grey, then I applied some shadows and highlights to give the umbrella shape, I painted some light reflections on her hair and thus give it more naturalness and movement, I was adding the folds of the clothes, I placed a background and I began to paint the blood with a red tone.

Pinte sombras y luces sobre la sangre para darle un mejor efecto, continue mi dibujo aplicando unos ajustes de color y agregando algunos puntos de luz en el rostro y demás partes que necesitaban algo de iluminación.

I painted shadows and lights on the blood to give it a better effect, I continued my drawing by applying some color adjustments and adding some points of light on the face and other parts that needed some lighting.
