And so it is or should be the relationship between all animals, whatever species they are, and in that relationship i include especially the human being.
Of course, such a relationship would not be possible in a wild environment, then the law of the jungle and survival applies, but in this case, with the animal in question, i think it would not be problematic, mainly because they are not carnivores :P
Despite being in captivity, their existence and permanence aims to interact with humans in a pedagogical and therapeutic way, especially for children, although contact also attracts and fascinates adults.
The farm is not financed by the state and its existence is possible due to the revenues generated by visitors and anonymous donations, and counting for the time that already exists, it is possible to conclude that there is still hope in humanity.
