Tricolor Walk

Wednesday is a day for walking.

The second month of winter, January has almost come to an end.
Today in Russia, Tatiana's Day is celebrated. It is also called the Day of Students, and many people revere it as the birthday of the poet, musician, and actor Vladimir Vysotsky. He was a very famous person in the USSR in the 70s. He was even a kind of symbol of opposition to the Soviet system, which oppresses a person's personality. Vysotsky's songs were banned, but they were heard from almost every tape recorder. These were not studio recordings, but recordings from his concerts in various clubs that were not even allowed, recordings just from home gatherings, songs for friends. Studio recordings of his songs appeared just before his death. And he died during the summer of 1980, during the Moscow Olympics. It turned out to be almost a protest against the Soviet system again. This Olympiad was boycotted by many countries because of the entry of Soviet troops into Afghanistan.



I'm ashamed to admit, but I've hardly walked in the woods this year. Last weekend was my first walk. My skis got covered in dust while standing in the corner of the storage room. Even this walk I took with my feet on a tightly rolled path. I have to say thank you to some unknown rider on a snowmobile.



My photos are dominated by 3 colors - blue, white, and green. Who knows - does any country have such a flag of such colors or not?
