Si tu ya eres padre, debes estar de acuerdo conmigo que ellos demandan mucho tiempo y energ铆a y en mi caso nunca me ha gustado la im谩gen del ni帽o rogandole al pap谩 correr, jugar o hacer lo que sea juntos y como no son personas activas simplemente los ni帽os juegan solos, prefiero tener la energ铆a suficiente para jugar con mi campe贸n, pero eso no quita que invierta mi tiempo en mis ejercicios馃挭馃槂

Fitness is a lifestyle that has to do with looking for your best version in terms of physical, your health and energy because it is functional to your other facets of life, in my case having energy to play with the child, even he also gets to exercise with me and he likes it, because that's what he sees and I love that, believe me if you organize yourself and learn to do your routines, you can enjoy your family and your exercises in a day at the park, there are no excuses馃挭馃敟.
