Train and Enjoy 💪 Right now these are mottos, because I have already taken training as part of my lifestyle, not as a sacrifice to have my body as a beauty standard that society asks for..
I want to train and enjoy ☺️ live to the fullest and enjoy every change in my body and my physical and mental health... This binomial is combined with the spiritual part....
I am in search of my happiness 💗 and I am achieving it 💗.
