I used the Bitcoin cookie cutter I printed out few days ago to make cookies for my guest lecture at Interface Cultures, Kunstuniverstät Linz.
It wasn't as easy as I thought to cut out cookies from the dough with the cookie cutter as the cutter part is not sharp like metal ones. Moreover it was mirrored ... 😱
So after I cut out cookies, I had to flip them 😭 Some cookies have a rough surface.
I thought about coating it with chocolate but I couldn't adjust the softness of the chocolate well ... Excuse me, Bitcoin 🙏
I changed my strategy. to spread chocolate over the cookies.
Hmmm ... In the end it looked OK-ish on a plate.
And the good thing was that, students and faculties liked the cookies and all were eaten. I was happy to receive compliments and glad that I tried to bake Bitcoin cookies.
I will practice using the cookie cutter and cookie deco for my upcoming exhibition, "Future Money".

数日前に3Dプリンタで作ったビットコインのクッキー型を使って、今滞在しているKunstuniverstät LinzのInterface Culturesでのゲスト講義用にクッキーを焼きました。こういうことをして遊べる楽しいところなのです。
クッキーカッターを使うのは思ったほど簡単ではありませんでした。カッター部分が金属製のもののように鋭利ではなく、しかもこのクッキーカッター、左右反転しているじゃないですか...😱
で、クッキーを型抜きした後、いちいち反転させないとならず、特に最初の方で作ったのは下手くそで表面がボコボコしています 😭
さらにトラブルは続きます。コーティング用のチョコレートの柔らかさをうまく調整できず・・・ビットコインよ、ごめん・・・🙏
クッキーの上にチョコをかける作戦に変更しました。
お皿の上に並べてちょっとOKっぽい感じになりました・・・・・・・・・・・多分 w
でもなんともうれしいことに、学生や教員のみなさんにクッキーを気に入ってもらえて、全部なくなりました。ほめてもらってうれしかったし、諦めないで焼いてみてよかったと思いました。
今「Future Money」という展示を考えていて、クッキーカッターともうちょっと仲良くなって、クッキーのデコを練習しようと思います。
お菓子作りも楽しいですね！
