your inner child

Heyho guys, dear #alienarthive friends, #Art lovers, readers and all of you which had time to stop by.

My #artwork today represents the so-called 'inner child'.
In conversations with friends and our lay #psychology, which we are aware of, and which can be helpful to reflect, we came over the topic of the inner child.

The #innerchild is a #psychological model for a way of looking at inner worlds of experience. There are various books on this subject, such as the books by John Bradshaw, Erika Chopich or Margaret Paul. These should be the best known, if I am not wrong. The inner child is a symbol for the #feelings, memories and #experiences from one's own #childhood that are stored in the brain. Simply said.

This includes the whole spectrum of intense feelings such as euphoric joy, abysmal sorrow, unspeakable pain, happiness and sadness, but also things like intuition and curiosity, or feelings of loneliness, fear or anger.

The so-called inner child includes everything within being, what one feels and what one experiences, this is also assigned to specific brain areas. The method of working with the Inner Child works according to the scheme of the intentional, conscious, ego split between the one who observes, the reflected adult ego and the experiencing and intensely feeling Inner Child.

There have been numerous other variations on the theme since the 1990s, with modified terms or labels. However, the common goal of each of these self-healing forms remains, namely to heal the soul wounds from the past (in childhood) and thus also from the present, to notice and recognize wrong or dysfunctional belief and life patterns, to solve problems in a self-responsible and self-competent way, and to bring about loving interaction with oneself (self-love) and others.
The theme was then to inspire me to create this artwork.
The inner child looks hopeful into the future. It leaves the rubble of the past behind.

And now let these words behind you and my hobby psychological words today and check some single steps out of the art creation.
