Today, liquor shops were opened in India after a gap of seven weeks. There was long lines for buying liquor. People madly violated the provisions of lockdown in some places and did not maintained physical distance. So, in some places police had to use its power. Government has no option of generating revenue. So, it was necessary to open the shops but government failed to calculate the situation. It would have been better to provide drinks through home delivery system.
