Hello dear photography lovers!
How are you? I hope everything is going well.
I'm doing stable too. I work during the week and spend my weekends in the garden. I spent last weekend in the garden as well. We watered our potato and onion seedlings. The plums were ready to be eaten. We ate some and picked some... In my previous post, I mentioned that I would photograph my fruit trees. I took some photos. Now I will share them with you.
Our potatoes and onions. We didn't plant tomatoes, cucumbers, or peppers because we don't get to go to the garden very often. They're a bit harder to care for, requiring constant attention. That's why we only planted onions and potatoes.
It's our only pomegranate tree in the garden. Last year, all the fruit fell off; it didn't set. Let's see what happens this year.
Peaches. We have two types of peach trees, some that ripen in summer and some in autumn. These are the summer variety, and they're still edible even now.
Olives. Our olive trees have wonderful blossoms this year. But I don't know if they'll bear fruit. Last year I harvested 12 kilos of olives from the whole orchard. 😀
Quince. This fruit is wonderful when it ripens. There wasn't this much fruit last year. Thinking about it, last year was very dry. I guess that's why I keep talking about last year. It looks like there will be fruit this year.
Can plum. These plums are very sour at this time of year. I have a little trouble eating them. They make my teeth ache for some reason. But I can eat them in small amounts. They are also delicious when ripe, but many people like to eat them at this time of year.
That's all for now.
This weekend, holes will be dug with an excavator for the new olive saplings. If everything goes smoothly, I'll share updates again. See you again. Take care.
