La receta que hoy les comparto es r谩pida y sencilla, es una salsa que se puede combinar con cualquier verdura o tub茅rculo. Adem谩s, la puedes preparar con lo que dispongas en tu nevera. En esta ocasi贸n me pareci贸 ideal para una pasta, aunque la consumo muy poco, unos espaguetis -mis favoritos- me gui帽o el ojo y me deje seducir...

1 calabac铆n
1 aj铆 picante -opcional-
3 dientes de ajo
Hojas ceboll铆n
Una cdta. de sal
Una cdta. paprika
una cdta. pimienta
Una cucharada de aceite
1 courgette
1 hot pepper -optional-
3 cloves of garlic
Chive leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
One tablespoon of oil
饾懛饾挀饾拞饾拺饾拏饾挀饾拏饾拕饾拪饾拹虂饾拸:
En una olla con agua hirviendo para los espaguetis, antes de colar reservar un poco del agua de cocci贸n.
Rallamos el calabac铆n y picamos los ingredientes muy peque帽os, reservamos.
En una olla colocamos aceite y agregamos los ingredientes, removemos hasta que desprendan su aroma
Agregamos el calabac铆n al sofrito, colocamos la sal, la pimienta, la paprika y a帽adimos un poco de agua a la cocci贸n de la pasta, rectificamos la sal.
Agregamos la pasta a la salsa, removemos y servimos.
Yo acompa帽e con una ensalada cruda con mi consentido -el aguacate- lechuga, tomate y cebolla.

The recipe I am sharing with you today is quick and easy, it is a sauce that can be combined with any vegetable or tuber. What's more, you can prepare it with whatever you have in your fridge. On this occasion it seemed ideal for pasta, although I don't eat it very often, some spaghetti - my favourite - winked at me and I let myself be seduced...

I show you the preparation and you add the magic.

In a pot of boiling water for the spaghetti, reserve some of the cooking water before straining.
Grate the courgette and chop the ingredients very finely, set aside.
Put oil in a pan and add the ingredients, stir until they give off their aroma.
Add the courgette to the sauce, add the salt, pepper, paprika and add a little water to the cooking pasta, adjust the salt.
Add the pasta to the sauce, stir and serve.
I served it with a raw salad with my favourite - avocado - lettuce, tomato and onion.
