It sounds perfectly dreadful, the whole experience. I confess to hating my phone. All I want to do is contact a few people. I don't want my phone to pay my bills, or tell me the news. I don't want Instagram

Thank you @anggreklestari and @curangel. It's very encouraging when @curangel shows support for a post🌸

Please compare :) I wrote this to reinforce your commitment to stay in touch. It is so important. I think I might have forgiven all the bad stuff if in the end he had wanted to be a father, and had sought

I never, not one single day, forgot about her Brilliant. The worst thing for a child is the sense of abandonment. It wasn't just that my father was violent, mean--actually terrifying. It was that he didn't

This is an interesting post for me to read. I guess you can say I was Lily once. The difference is that my father was the cliché. It is hard for you to have to live against type, but as you say, the type

My husband is not too fond of the style either, and he said he's not interested in the movie. I love it. Fascinating that as time went by his paintings became more colorful, more dynamic. I think it's

I burned bridges like crazy when I was young. As I grow older forgiveness (or maybe forbearance) takes over. So many things I've done wrong in my life. I really do live in a glass house :)

Even assholes who've ghosted you might be useful to you in the future:) :)

There was a time, when she was a young teenager, that my granddaughter would pull out her phone while we were at the table and she'd start scrolling. She's 21 and I would be astonished to see that happen

This is really wonderful, @bayuismail. I almost like the black and white better. It is stark, and the details of the piece stand out more. Great to see you here exercising that amazing imagination and
