In this video, I respond to a comment on my YouTube channel regarding the minimum level restrictions in the new Modern Format brackets. Many players seem to be against the idea that they cannot use their lower level cards in a higher bracket now, and to a certain extent it doesn't make sense to limit them since they would be at a disadvantage anyway. I know there is a reason this was introduced but I'm curious to see if there will be a critical mass of support to change it as there were quite a few commenters who all agreed.
