Fotografias entrenando el Front Lever
Photographs training the Front Lever
¡Hola comunidad de
HIVE
y SWC
Hello
HIVE
and SWC
community!. The Front Lever is one of the static exercises that I have currently mastered the most because it is a little easier than the push static exercises. I currently use it as a progression for what is the victorian, however, when my body is very tired I train the front lever little. front lever, as in this case I only focused on endurance and some other progressions because I was a little tired from the week and the previous day, regardless of that to maintain discipline I maintain the posture. Without further ado, see you another time.Contenido Original Creado por
