Various types of push-ups
¡Hola comunidad de
HIVE
y SWC
Hello
HIVE
and SWC
community!. For this opportunity I have presented this post based on various types of push-ups, they are divided from the most basic to those that require greater strength since in beneficial aspects they allow you to develop enough thrust to perform other types of movements such as: the Full Planche or press a Handstand that requires base strength to perform, also improves posture and prevents injuries that impair progress in our training. Without further ado, I say goodbye, see you in the next post.Contenido Original Creado por
