Back again with me in this post I want to serve healthy drinks this summer, some days the weather is indeed very hot even until the afternoon it still feels hot, in the transition season of course we need something that refreshes the throat, not only refreshing but also healthy to increase our body's immunity to stay healthy even in the transition season like today
But for that we also need to maintain our healthy diet, I made wartel juice for a refreshing drink this time, I really like the wartel either as vegetables or juice, because in the wartel is complete the nutritional content needed by the body, besides that it also tastes good
Ingredients needed in making wartel juice:
- 1 kg carrot
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 1000 ml mineral water
- Ice Cube
Steps in making carrot juice:
(1) take 1 kg of carrot then clean the skin, then cut it into small pieces to make it easier when blended later then wash with clean water
(2) after that prepare a blender then put the pieces of carrot earlier, and add sugar and mineral water, after that blend everything until it becomes one
(3) after blending, then use a filter to separate the dregs and water, if friends like the dregs you can also not throw them away
