First Flip Of The Season

Starting to get a feel for kicking up. Was dealing with some wrist pain for a bit, but were back to the grind now.

Hard to tell but hopefully we are getting closet to the ground. Im feelIng a bit demotivated but still keeping the consistency. gotta push past the plateau.

im pretty excitwd about this one. Got a solid 15 seconds in a handstand! My feet werent together, but just getting past 10 seconds has me pumped.
