PAN DE HAMBURGUESA / HAMBURGER BUNS
Alguna vez comente en otro post que el pan es magia, y literalmente lo es.
I once commented in another post that bread is magic, and it literally is.
En la elaboración de una hamburguesa, el pan es un ingrediente mas importante de lo que parece. Sin un pan fresco, cualquier hamburguesa seria un fracaso.
In the elaboration of a hamburger, the bread is a more important ingredient than it seems. Without a fresh bun, any hamburger would be a failure.
Existen tantos panes de hamburguesa como pueda abarcar nuestra imaginación, pero uno de los mas populares es el que prepararemos hoy, un pan clásico con semillas de sésamo.
There are as many hamburger buns as our imagination can encompass, but one of the most popular is the one we will prepare today, a classic bun with sesame seeds.

Prepare a mixture of egg, water and sugar. Reserve and then varnish the loaves.
Add yeast to the water and mix with the help of a spoon. The water must be cold.
Add wheat flour, sugar, powdered milk to the bowl and stir.
Add the water with the yeast and mix a little until the ingredients are integrated.
Add the butter and knead for 7 min or until you get a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest covered with plastic for 10 minutes.
Add the salt to the bowl and knead the dough again for 5 minutes.
Once the kneading has elapsed, let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes, degas the dough, removing the air with the fingertips. We stretch the dough in a rectangular shape and fold the corners inwards. Roll the dough and let it rest for 45 more minutes.
Weigh the dough into 7 equal portions of 125 gr each.
Let the covered portions rest for 10 minutes.
Bowl and let rest for 10 more minutes.
Roll a second time and place the balls on a previously greased tray. Cover with plastic and leave to ferment at room temperature (28 C°) until doubled in size (60 - 120 min).
Once they reach the desired size, varnish with the egg mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 25 min at a temperature of 180 C° or until golden brown (You can use a double tray to avoid burning on the base). and we will have ready the freshest bread we have ever tasted.
