My mother always made lavashk and spread it on a tray, and when we were children, we always liked to eat it before it was ready.

Now I understand how hard and time consuming it is

First, we wash the plums and put them in a pot and boil them with very little water until they are crushed.
In the previous post, I showed you how I dried plums in the sunlight, and this time I will make lavashek with plums.
They should be boiled for a long time until they are completely crushed
Then pour them into the colander and stir until the scum comes out from the end of the colander
Then the seeds and skin of the fruit remain in the colander and we can separate them in this way and use the pulp for lavash.

We spread the softened ingredients in the trays and place them under the sunlight

We put nylon inside our trays

We put nylon inside our trays so that the dishes do not stick to our dishes and they can be easily removed after drying.
We spread the prepared materials to a height of a few millimeters on the trays and put them in the balcony for a few days so that the sun will make the fruit leather dry and ready.
