I don’t know the name . In my family we call this cake “fingers of lady”
So we need :
- water 400 gramm
- flour - 2 cups
- butter - 250 gramm
- eggs - 7
For cream :
- Greece yougurt - 1 kg
- sugar - 500 gramm maximum , I put less I don’t like too sweet
- vanillin
Put water and butter in the pan and put the pan on the fair .
When the water with butter boil , add flour and mix quickly everything .
After one by one add 7 eggs . And mix everything well .
After put pastry in pastry syringe . And make on baking sheet “fingers” about 7 centimetres .
Put baking sheets with “fingers “ in the oven . 180 degrees . 20-25 minutes .
Now you can prepare cream . 1 kg Greece yougurt , mix with sugar and add a little bit vanillin .
Put “fingers” one to one on big plate . And make form which you want . On top put cream . You can make 2-3 floors .
In the end take walnut or coconut ..or what you like and put on top . Ready )) Bon appetite ))
