I'll be setting multiple active ArtBees members as beneficiaries for this post.
EDIT: I was sure to have set multiple names as beneficiaries for this post but it seems that it didn't went through. Had seen a similar care on another scheduled post. I'll just give the liquid rewards to respective authors that are mentioned on the post once payout arrives.
Background:
Show and tell is a community activity suggested by
@ryvihnn where members discuss what projects they've been working on lately. I think of it as post-promotion channel meets actual conversation sessions.
I think it's a good idea to continue these sessions to keep engagement going which is the number one thing this small community values as discussed during it's reintroduction post found here.
Shared her Progress report on her 3D project . Under the encouragement and tutelage of @ryivhnn, she has been improving her 3D craft.
Shared her mohawk latest entry to her ProBlog series: April ProgBlog #3: oh snap.. Gracing the chat with her constructive feedbacks and encouragement to any member willing to improve their craft.
And this also includes his WIP - The Last Ronin. I don't have permission to share the latest image but it's been shared on the ArtBees Discord under the "critique-centre". The latest version looks great btw.
Special mentions:
@djynn shares her rough sketches on the community page.
@airiam and her beautiful Evergreen Watercolor Work
If anyone's wondering what I shared, it's just a photo of a thyroid gland being processed as the patient is suspected to have cancer. It may come across as gross for some so I just made the image a link instead.
I would be publishing more Show and Tell posts in the future and set active members as beneficiaries for additional incentives when they engage with the community. It's not mandatory for members to interact but I prefer rewarding those that do bother rather than treat the post-promotion channel or the community page as a content dump.
ArtBees isn't a curation group so users that may want to fish for a lot of posting rewards can find it on other communities. We engage, grow, and support each other organically. This is how I like the community to thrive long term.
For amateur artists and other art hobbyists posting because they enjoy what they do and love sharing about it, you may want to consider joining the community too.
